How to Order

If you are interested to place an order, please read this information carefully:

1. Minimum order quantity is 5 pieces per model, except bone rings are 10 pieces per model.
2. After you already decide which item that you are interested, please email us the item name and item number.
3. After receive your order, we will issue invoice and we will ask you to pay in advance for 50% deposit or full payment. Payment can be done by Paypal or wire transfer.
4. The production time will be informed upon sending the invoice.
5. Whenever your order finish,  we will let you know and ask you to pay the balance payment if you have.
6. After receive your payment, will send your package in 3 business days by Express Mail Service (EMS).
7. We will email you the tracking number of the EMS shipment.
