Please read our term and conditions carefully before put an order:

• Size of the carving can not be make it in exact size cause we use natural material, so that is why we do not mention the exact size of the carving especially for pendant.
• Cause the carving is hand made items, we can not make exactly the same as the original item.
• Color of the carving can be vary with other items cause we use natural material, especially for the antler material.
• The price is not including shipping
• We can not make the order in short period time cause all of our carving are hand made, art item and in Bali we have many ceremonies that can affect the length of the production.
• Shipment can be done by Express Mail Service only cause we want to make sure that all package can be tracked and received by our customer.
• The invoice of the shipment will be written the same amount as your invoice excluding the shipment fee.
• If you like to request smaller amount in your shipping invoice, that is fine, but if some thing happen with the package like the package can not reach you, we just issue a refund based on the amount of shipping invoice.
• If you order more than US$ 1,000,  we will ask you to make COO(Certificate of Origin) that state the original place of the items production. The cost is US$ 15.
